Large contemporary style villa, renovated in 2021, located a few minutes from the banks of the lagoon, nestled in a landscape of rolling sand dunes and forests.

Living space - ground floor
1 open plan living space kitchen/living room/dining room with large bay windows which open directly onto the terrace, yard and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing mahine).
The south facing garden and lounge allow you to make the most of warm sunny days and in winter the reversible air conditioning provides a wonderful relaxing and comfortable environment.
Bedroom and bathroom 1 - ground floor
The ground floor bedroom with bay window which opens directly onto the terrace is equipped with a double bed (140cm), it has its own bathroom with shower, sink, WC (the bathroom has been renovated in October 2024).
Everything you need for housework, cleaning products, iron, ironing board and clothesline are in the bathroom
Bedroom and bathroom 2 - 1st floor
The largest bedroom (upstairs on the right) has a double bed 140cm and a 90cm bed for 1 people in a separate, enclosed area with slinding door, bathroom with shower + bathtub + sink + WC. Large bay windows opening onto a south-facing balcony.
Bedroom and bathroom 3 - 1st floor
The third bedroom (upstairs on the left) has a double bed 140cm and a 90cm bed for 1 people, shower room + sink + WC. Its large bay window opens onto a south-facing terrace equipped with 2 wooden armchairs.
Terrace and yard
Outside the villa you will find a very large terrace which goes around the house and offers a dining area which can accommodate 6 to 8 people, a relaxation area for your aperitifs, 4 (+4 more) sofas bordering a private and heated swimming pool (heating is optional see prices), the yard is landscaped with no less than 80 Mediterranean plants, trees and shrubs including 3 palm trees.
Near the villa
The villa is located 2 minutes walk from the banks of the largest saltwater lagoon in Portugal, recently surrounded by walking and cycling paths. A wonderful place to take kitesurfing or windsurfing lessons
A few minutes from the villa, the Atlantic Ocean and no less than 8 beautiful beaches + some beaches on the lagoon (see chapter beaches), ideally located to explore the medieval town of Obidos, the Silver Coast and Lisbon (see chapter tourist sites).
A few quintas for horse riding, sailing, surfing and other water sports, as well as 4 world-class golf courses (see chapter golf) less than 6 kilometers, everything you need for a successful holiday.
